Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Squeaky Shoes so we offer a complete 100% satisfaction guarantee. We personally inspect the quality of every pair of squeaky shoes before they are sent out. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the shoes you have ordered, please send an email to sales@squeakshoes.com.au within 30 days of your purchase date letting us know of your desire to return your shoes. Then simply send them back in their original unworn condition for an exchange or full refund.

Delivery charges to return the item(s) to us will be your responsibility including lost merchandise while delivering back to us. Upon receipt of your return we will credit your bank account or PayPal account accordingly (please advise appropriate details).

Returns will not be issued on worn or damaged products!

 
 
 
Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your shoes, so if for any reason you would like to exchange them, please send us an email including a description of the new item you would like including size, color and style. Then simply send the shoes back to us and we will send out your new pair on receipt. Include $5.00 to cover return postage.

Delivery charges to return the item to us will be your responsibility including lost merchandise while delivering back to us. We will not exchange items that have been worn or damaged!
 
Wholesale Orders
 
Exchange - Wholesale orders must be returned within seven days for exchange and will only be accepted in the unlikely event that the shoes are proven to be damaged or faulty.

 
 
Refund - If, for any reason you change your mind about your wholesale order, please return the shoes in their original unopened condition within 7 days and you will be given a refund less a restocking charge of 15% of original order value. 
 
Delivery charges to return the item to us will be your responsibility including lost merchandise while delivering back to us. We recommend that all returns are insured and proof of posting requested. We will not exchange or refund items that have been worn or damaged!
